Happy Birthday Matthew!

Today is my cousin Matt's birthday! Matt and his wife live at least five squillion miles away from here where they share their home with three woofies and two kittehs. I have never met him but since Mom loves him very much I think that I would have to like him. We wish we lived closer to him so we could see him more often.

Mancat Monday

This is our One Who Came Before named pfredd h pfyttz. He lived with Mom and my Daddy from when he was a teeny tiny boy until he was over 19 years old. He liked to talk a lot and he liked to ride on Mom's shoulders when she walked around our yard in the morning. He enjoyed traveling ~ especially when he could sit high enough to watch the scenery go by. He was also just a little bit naughty like me ~ he always wanted to go outside even when he was not supposed to.

Beautiful pfreddy had to leave just a few days before I moved in. Mom and my Daddy still miss him very much.

Meow Like a Pirate Day

Ahoy mateys! Ye be welcome t' join us this fine Meow Like a Pirate Day! We be sailin' first w' th' bonnie crew o' the cat o' nine tails as they cross th' boundin' main in style. We be sad cap'n nels be no longer here t' share th' day but cap'n mao fang be doin' a fine job w' nitro th' nasty, xing th' slice an' igmu th' cabinkitt by 'is side. We then be takin' a short sail w' th' Purrageous Pirates aboard th' Black Furrball. Captain Jack, Dante an' Fagin are searchin' fur th' Isle of Baast an' th' story be we shud find a kittehs paradise. I hope th' wee woofies be accepted there too. N'body need be walkin' th' plank t'day. Jist join th' fun an' games an' enjoy yerselves!!

A Day Without Cats - NOT!

I hereby join Max, the Psychokitty, in rejecting a "day without cats"! You can have lots of fun at Lolcats and you can visit many more kitties through the Cat Blogosphere. Now I have to go snuggle with Mom and my Daddy since they also reject a day without cats.

Happy Anniversary!

Today Mom and my Daddy celebrated their 25th anniversary. They went out to dinner at a good Italian restaurant last night because my Daddy had to go out of town today. He gave Mom a very nice present ~ after the dinner he watched football with her without making fun of it ~ hahahahaha! (He also gave her lots of pretty roses.) Mom gave my Daddy buckwheat and bamboo and wildflower and blackberry honey for his coffee.

I hope I am here to celebrate many more anniversaries with them!
