Today Mom and my Daddy celebrated their 25th anniversary. They went out to dinner at a good Italian restaurant last night because my Daddy had to go out of town today. He gave Mom a very nice present ~ after the dinner he watched football with her without making fun of it ~ hahahahaha! (He also gave her lots of pretty roses.) Mom gave my Daddy buckwheat and bamboo and wildflower and blackberry honey for his coffee.
I hope I am here to celebrate many more anniversaries with them!

Happy Anniversary to your folks! It sounds like they had a nice celebration. But we didn't get the part about your dad watching football and not making fun of it. Should we deduce your mom is a fan but your dad isn't? That's funny. It's often the other way around.

25 years is a long time, Tiger Lily. Your beans are pretty special. And that was really nice of Dad not to make fun of Mom's football game. It is usually the other way around in my house.
